Absolutely. This is the most critical time in your business to get things right. Mistakes cost us time and money.  Most businesses fail within the first year. Often, they simply run out out time… And money.

You will remain in control of your business. My role is to provide a third party perspective and also act as a sounding board. It can be lonely at the top, but I can provide a confidential set of eyes and ears to assist you in making proper decisions.

But it doesn’t always work. Just like with a sports coach, improvements can occur quickly. However, sometimes the athlete has struggles that make it difficult for them to achieve their true potential. 

Individual coaching can take place in person or on the phone. Most of our clients have their ongoing
sessions over the phone because they like the privacy and convenience. Sessions generally last 60 minutes
and take place anywhere from one to two times per month.

Because coaching is about making sustainable changes, many coaches ask for a six to nine-month commitment from new clients. After the initial coaching agreement,
many of our clients choose to continue the coaching relationship.
